These are the terms (the “Terms”) you (“You”) must agree to in order to use the FaeTerra app (the “Game”) and any related websites or backend services (collectively, the “Websites”). Together, the Game and the Websites are referred to as the “Services.” The Services are created and operated by Solfiregames (“We” or “Us”). The Game FaeTerra may be hosted on platforms like the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Valve’s Steam, and others (collectively, the “Platforms”). By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

When writing these Terms, we really tried to avoid sounding cold or corporate. We don’t like legalities any more than you do. We aim to treat our players with the same respect we’d want ourselves. But the legal world is a complicated, so we’ve tried to keep these Terms simple and short — the same way we design our games.

Governing Law

 

These Terms do not override any legal rights granted to you by the laws that apply in your region. Even if something here seems to conflict with your rights, your legal rights still apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you within the Game. By continuing to use the Services after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.

 

Limited License

 

We own all rights to the Services, including intellectual property rights. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any rights not expressly granted to you remain with us.

Service Availability

 

The Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to issues beyond our control. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for disruptions or delays.

We may change or remove features at any time, and it’s your responsibility to ensure your system is compatible with these changes. We also reserve the right to discontinue any part or all of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

Virtual Items

 

While using the Game, you may obtain virtual items (such as expansion packs, cosmetics, or other content — collectively, “Virtual Items”) by purchasing them with real money or other means. These items are licensed to you — not sold — and are non-transferable, revocable, and for use only within the Game. We may change or remove Virtual Items at any time.

Refunds

 

All sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion unless otherwise required by law or Platform policies.

Feedback

​

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable license to use that Feedback in any way, without compensation or credit.

Code of Conduct

You may:

• Play the Game anywhere, including in public or tournaments.

• Record and share gameplay, including monetized videos on platforms like YouTube.

• Create derivative works using our official artwork if you get written permission from us first.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.

• Sell, transfer, license, or distribute the Services or their components.

• Rent, lease, or charge for access to the Services.

• Incorporate the Services into other software or products.

• Use automated scripts, bots, AI, or other code to interact with the Services.

• Promote sexually explicit content, violence, or hate speech.

• Create or share anything that may harm us, the Services, or our users.

Limitation of Liability

 

Where legally allowed, our liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us in the six (6) months prior to any issue or losses.

Class Action Waiver

 

You agree not to join any class action lawsuits or class arbitrations related to the Game, Services, or these Terms.
